Zofri's Logistic Center:

• Merchandise storage (15,000 square meters).
• Vehicle Yard
• Vehicle and heavy machinery outdoor storage (33,200 square meters)

It includes warehouses within the enclosed area and an Industrial District for storing and displaying merchandise. The warehouses located in the enclosed area have a surface of 365 m2 and include three floors, exhibition rooms, offices, storage area, forklifts, and bathroom facilities. The warehouses located at the Industrial District have a surface of 600 m2, one floor, and open yard.

Enclosed Area:
Destined to wholesale activities, it is strategically located due to its proximity and easy access to the port. These 30 hectares of useful surface, hosts more than 500 import and export companies that trade merchandise mainly from Asia destined to neighboring countries such as Bolivia, Peru, Paraguay, Argentina, Brazil, and Ecuador, among others.

Open Area – Industrial District:

This 56-hectare area of Zofri includes Business (Wholesale and Retail) activities as well as Industrial activities. This area offers all the conditions to companies whose goal is to produce, store, trade, and distribute their products in ZOFRI's potential markets.

Industrial District of Alto Hospicio:

ZOFRI S.A. owns an area of 128.7 hectares in Alto Hospicio available to develop new real estate projects, among which are the creation of an industrial district under the duty free zone regime. This project would cover an extension of 30 hectares.

Zofri Mall

Display and retail sales building.

Zofripart:

Business center that includes 40 shops and a service area that offers vehicle spare parts and accessories, trading of miscellaneous articles, and service companies. These shops have an area of 66 m2 in two levels and include display and sales, offices, and storage areas.

Financial Area:

Main local banks are found at the Duty Free Zone. They are located on the first floor of the Conventions building.

Service Area:

16-outlet building dedicated to communications, customs services, money exchange, mail, and warrants, among others.

Conference Building:

It includes a conventions room for 400 people and 4 additional rooms for 50 people each. The Duty Free Zone's Administration (ZOFRI S.A.) operates in this building.
