This business unit provides the required infrastructure to companies that operate under the duty free zone system to store, trade, and distribute their products in the markets target of Zofri. It is the main center of the wholesale business activity of the Duty Free Zone of Iquique.

It encompasses a physical area of over 30 hectares dedicated to wholesale transactions and its purpose is the leasing of land to build warehouses of approximately 500 m2 with their corresponding exhibition rooms.

This area includes the Enclosed Area I and the Enclosed Area II which link through an underpass.
