On April 20, 2009, Law 20.285 came into effect; it is related to the access to public information, also referred to as "Transparency Law". According to its Article 10, this law also applies to ZOFRI S.A., company in which the State has a stake in excess of 50% or a majority vote in the Board of Directors.
To facilitate the public's access to information mandated by the law, ZOFRI S.A. makes available to the public, through this section, the following information: |
