- Ltd.
- E.I.R.L.
- or private individuals
- Submit documents included in attached table.
- Register information with the Duty Free system of Iquique's.
- Verification of legal address and business background of partner and legal representative by Zofri S.A.
- Verification of legal background (incorporation) by ZOFRI S.A.
- Contract drafting and forwarding to legal domicile
- Formalization of contract and escrow funds payment.
- Issuance of user status certificate of the duty free zone required to be submitted to:

- Customs (registration of signature)
- Municipality (License processing)
- IRS (Opening of Branch)
